Our AGM will take place on Thursday 25th February at 7.45 in OLSPN Church Hall, next to the library.
All Members welcome. Letters will come out in book bags soon.Drinks and light snacks will be provided.

 Election of committee members –   ‘the Committee shall be elected at the AGM and shall hold office until the next AGM’.  If there are more nominees than places available, this will be done by a simple majority vote by ballot of those present at the meeting. The Officer positions will be filled by those elected, a vote will occur if required.
